• Running club discounts to encourage membership and aid circuit scorekeeping.
    • Race day registration will now end at 7:45.


    • The well marked USATF Certified 10 km course winds through residential areas and a park trail and is mostly flat and paved, although there are some minor variations in terrain and several short hills.
    • The 10 km course remains on the club race circuits of CARA, Starved Rock Runners, Fox River Trail Runners, and the Northern Illinois Trail Runners.
    • The 3 km loop course is flat and well marked.
    • Showers and lockers provided on location. Bring towel and anything required.
    • Technical t-shirt for all 3 & 10km pre-registered participants. Size nor shirt guaranteed for late registrants.
    • Mile splits every mile.
    • Water station approximately every 2 miles.
    • Chip timed event.
    • Free race photography of participants and event.
    • Refreshments, food, and other post race amenities.
    • Post race stretching provided by Kish Health Physical Therapy
    • Goodie bag with race information and other benefits/offers. Be sure to look for limited amounts of gift certificates in your bag.
    • Results posted same day on our website, generally in early afternoon after race cleanup.
    • Emergency care is available on the courses and at the finish line.
    • Online registration surcharges paid by race. No additional cost assumed by participant for convenience.
